Since our inception, we have provided employment opportunities for women living on the plateau. Much of the Himalayan region consists of pastoral lands, where women spend their lives in tents on the grasslands, maintaining a nomadic lifestyle. With limited industries in the area, most people have no source of income beyond herding.
